Verification process is a hassle so didnt get to use it at all. Their microphones did not work when there was an option to speak with someone as well. The person i was speaking with was good though. my account better be closed as well. All in all going to other options I've been hearing about in the comments. Hope this helps!

I've been with Monese since they've started, day one. I was disappointed about having to upgrade account due to many transfers but it was a good run. And you can't really expect it all to be free forever. Never really had a problem, only thing needs improving is turn around time for customer service and this weird glitch that will give someone a heart attack. Occasionally after transferring, your account will show double the amount deducted until you refresh.

For like 6 months I have been using this bank. so far didn't have any problem, but a few days ago I made a transfer and still do not arrive to my bank account. I have sent 3 emails so far, the problem still it is not solve and through the app it is impossible to contact someone. Also, I ask for a contact phone number, or chat to an agent in order to contact the bank personal, but they don't answer. Really I believe they should improve this aspect and have more care to the costumer. x
